We are currently seeking multiple Development / Project Managers for a Tier 1 Consultancy working on large-scale multibillion dollar, local, national and international projects. The best suited candidates will come from a Builder, Developer or Consultancy background with exposure to Tier 1 projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project stakeholders including the client, statutory authorities, consultants and contractors.
• Manage project delivery, scope, time, cost, quality, risk and procurement in order to achieve project objectives.
• Development of project feasibilities, budgets, cash flows and reporting.
• Prepare informative and structured reports.
• Tender reviews and analysis.

Requirements:

• 5 -10yrs experience and confident in managing client engagement and internal/external teams within the development / project management advisory sector.
• An experienced client-side Development Manager / Project Manager looking for the next step in their consultancy-based career.
• Degree qualified in Commerce, Property, Civil/Engineering, Land Economics, Construction or similar with 5- 10 yrs + development project experience.
